The development has been partly funded with a grant from the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).Sue Lock, Wulvern’s chief executive, cut the ribbon at Anderton Place to celebrate the key milestone in the scheme’s development which will provide 58 high quality one and two bedroom Extra Care apartments available to rent or to buy on a shared ownership basis.Mrs Lock was joined by Neil Pickering, Head of Area for the HCA, Councillor Brenda Dowding, executive member for adult social care and health Cheshire West Chester and Harold Carr, the first person to reserve an apartment.Sue said: “We’re delighted to see the show home now open.
